Description

You will lead Azure migration, operations, and infrastructure automation for demanding enterprise customers.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-premises to Azure application migrations with over 5 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to cloud engineers, guiding Terraform module development and best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure proactive optimization through advanced analytics.
• Develop and enforce security policies, including regular audits for identity, firewalls, certificates, and secrets.
• Configure cloud database services such as Azure CosmosDB and Azure SQL for complex architectures.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of relevant experience in Azure, Azure Migrate, and Azure Operations.
• Expertise in Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, Packer, and Open Policy Agent.
• Proficient in creating reusable, modular IaC templates and automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, and PowerShell for automation tasks.
• Foundational knowledge of shared services including Identity, Networking, and Secrets Management.
• Ability to handle demanding customers and work closely with application teams.
• Experience in crafting complex infrastructure deployments and deploying code across Dev, Test, and Prod environments.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced skills in anomaly detection and monitoring data for proactive optimization.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and front-end architectural discussions with clients.
