Description

Lead end-to-end cloud migration projects onto Azure, owning readiness assessments, roadmaps, and landing zone design.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct cloud readiness assessments and develop migration roadmaps for IaaS, PaaS, and hybrid workloads.
• Design secure, scalable, and cost-optimized Azure landing zones using CAF and WAF principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration approaches including rehost, refactor, replatform, and rebuild.
• Oversee configuration of Azure networking, identity, governance, and security controls.
• Optimize performance and cost post-migration using monitoring and automation tools.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in cloud engineering.
• Expertise with core Azure services and architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing Azure landing zones.
• Proficiency with Azure Database Migration Service (DMS).
• Implementing migration strategies using Azure Migrate and Azure Site Recovery (ASR).
• Developing disaster recovery and high availability solutions in Azure.
• Documenting architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with hybrid workload migrations.
