Description

Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure and architecture within Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer cloud solutions to meet specific business requirements.
• Implement scalable platform services using multi-region deployment models.
• Create cloud-focused standards, building blocks, and patterns for security and resilience.
• Investigate current cloud usage to identify gaps and implement remediations.
• Mentor team members and provide technical expertise on solution delivery.

Required Skills

• 10 years designing and building complex enterprise-scale software applications or platforms.
• 5 years experience serving as a technical lead for software architecture design.
• 5 years experience defining architectural tradeoffs and communicating decisions to stakeholders.
• 5 years experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures, including data distribution strategies.
• 5 years experience working with internal and external stakeholders.
• 3 years experience building scalable and reliable solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Collaborate with enterprise, application, and security architects to provide secure IaaS and PaaS platforms.
