Description

You will design and implement enterprise data solutions and analytics pipelines for a data modernization project.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain enterprise data analytics pipelines within the Azure cloud environment.
• Assist in planning and designing overall data architecture alongside the Senior Director of Cloud Development.
• Troubleshoot and correct technical errors to ensure pipeline reliability.
• Provide regular status updates on work assignments and technical risks to project timelines.
• Collaborate within a six-member scrum team to support agency data modernization goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
• Proficiency with Azure Data Lake Gen2 (Blob Storage).
• Experience building pipelines and data flows using Azure Data Factory.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Synapse Analytics.
• Strong skills in Azure SQL Database.
• Knowledge of Azure Data Catalog.
• Experience integrating with Azure Event Grid and Azure Service Bus.
• Proficiency in SQL and cloud architecture principles.
