You will design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure ETL processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, and Databricks.
• Develop and maintain data lakes and warehouses on Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Use Python and PySpark to clean and transform large-scale datasets.
• Optimize SQL queries and data models to support analytical and reporting requirements.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure production reliability and performance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies.
• Expertise in Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Databricks.
• Proficiency in Azure Data Lake Storage.
• Strong programming skills in Python and PySpark.
• Advanced SQL proficiency and data modeling principles.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, data warehousing, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Delta Lake, Apache Spark, and real-time data processing.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance.
