Description

You will manage data pipelines and provide L1 support for Azure-based data environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Monitor jobs, re-run failed processes, and analyze failure causes.
• Execute bug fixes and escalate unresolved technical issues to the L2 support team.
• Coordinate with upstream and downstream systems regarding data and system availability.
• Participate in on-call support rotations during weekdays and weekends.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of professional experience in data engineering.
• Azure Data Engineering and Azure Data Factory (ADF).
• Python and ETL development.
• RDBMS and API integration.
• Airflow orchestration.
• L1 support experience.
• Strong communication skills for system coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Spark, Scala, and Snowflake.
• Grafana and Oracle.
