Description

Lead technical initiatives for Databricks implementations and mentor internal and vendor team members.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end MS Azure data pipelines and projects.
• Collaborate with Databricks and Microsoft teams on technology upgrades and issue resolution.
• Articulate technical solutions and project updates through frequent stakeholder presentations.
• Act as a hands-on technical lead, driving team development and code quality.
• Mentor engineers on best practices for Azure data engineering and Delta Lake.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, including Delta tables and Unity Catalog.
• 3+ years of experience as an MS Azure Data Engineer.
• Proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse SQL.
• Knowledge of Azure Bus Service, Function App (C#), and GIT.
• 8+ years of total experience in data engineering.
• Degree in any graduate field.
