Description

Lead the ingestion, transformation, and loading of data assets to implement a cloud-based data management platform on Azure.

Responsibilities

• Extract business data and load it into a data warehousing environment.
• Design, test, and deploy scalable Azure data solutions and large-scale processing pipelines.
• Maintain and optimize system performance for scalability and efficiency.
• Consult with cross-functional teams to define data storage needs and develop warehousing options.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure Synapse.
• 10+ years of experience with Azure SQL Database and Azure SQL Datawarehouse.
• 10+ years of scripting experience using Windows, Python, or Linux Shell.
• 10+ years of experience in Azure DevOps or CI/CD pipelines.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL Server (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS), Oracle, and T-SQL.
• 7+ years of experience deploying and maintaining large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Deep knowledge of warehousing architecture: MOLAP, ROLAP, ODS, DM, and EDW.

Preferred Skills

• 7+ years of knowledge in C# and .NET.
