You will build serverless backend services and APIs to support a React-based customer engagement and operations portal.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop serverless backend services and APIs for the React-based portal.
• Integrate services with Snowflake via an abstraction layer.
• Manage Salesforce ServiceCloud interactions for read and write operations.
• Participate in DevOps processes and collaborate with frontend and data teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Node.js or similar in a serverless context.
• AWS Lambda.
• AWS EventBridge.
• AWS SNS/SQS.
• API development and integration.
• Snowflake data access.
• Salesforce ServiceCloud interaction.
