You will own the development and delivery of critical components for a global platform, ensuring robust solutions for complex business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve new functionality while adhering to established design and coding patterns.
• Lead technical design for complex or ambiguous problems and break large projects into actionable tasks.
• Delegate tasks to other developers, coordinate consolidated delivery, and participate in all stages from requirements to post-release support.
• Coach team members to improve code quality and minimize review iterations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience with expertise in Core Java and the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency with RxJava, REST, and Reactive Web Services.
• Experience building complex, real-time, event-driven, and transactional applications.
• Strong background in microservices and container technologies including Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, and Docker.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, specifically Azure DevOps.
• Experience with SQL databases and distributed data stores such as Cassandra and Hazelcast.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies like Kafka and Solace.
• Ability to optimize performance for latency-sensitive systems and apply strong design patterns.

Preferred Skills

• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Domain knowledge in Financial Markets, Investment Banking, or Derivatives.
