Description

Job Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications, APIs, and microservices using modern programming languages and frameworks.

Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust technical solutions.

Implement secure, high-performance data storage and retrieval using relational and NoSQL databases.

Manage deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization of applications in cloud or on-prem environments.

Ensure code quality through best practices such as test-driven development, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.

Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve system reliability and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

8–10 years of experience in backend development and software engineering.

Strong expertise in backend technologies (Java/Python/C#), microservices architecture, and cloud platforms, with experience in designing scalable distributed systems.

Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, test automation, and production support, with strong focus on performance optimization, security, and reliability
