Description

You will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable backend systems and data pipelines using Python, AWS, and Azure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and automate cloud infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CDK.
• Design and operationalize data and ML pipelines using AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, EMR, and SageMaker.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability within regulated environments (HIPAA, FedRAMP High).
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Git-based workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues across the application stack and implement monitoring dashboards in CloudWatch.

Required Skills

• Expert-level Python with strong experience in Django.
• Strong proficiency in AWS and/or Azure (Professional-level certifications preferred).
• Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB).
• Proficiency in Linux environments and containerized application deployment (ECS preferred).
• Minimum 7 years of professional engineering experience.
• Knowledge of C++ and Go is strongly preferred.
