Description

You will design and implement backend services using Python and Java, managing the full lifecycle from development to deployment on AWS.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable backend services and business logic in Python and Java.
• Implement and manage relational databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Deploy and maintain infrastructure using AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, Kinesis, IAM, API Gateway).
• Automate infrastructure with Terraform and manage CI/CD pipelines via GitLab, GitHub, or AWS CodePipeline.
• Integrate search capabilities using Elasticsearch and optimize cloud architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Python and Java for service implementation.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Proven experience with AWS core services and cloud architecture.
• Proficiency in Terraform for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience with Elasticsearch or similar search engines.
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.
• Knowledge of Bash scripting and version control (GitLab/GitHub).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with end-to-end solution implementation and system integration.
