Description

You will build and own scalable backend services and distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services using Python (Django, Flask), Node.js (Express.js), and Golang.
• Build and maintain event-driven architectures using Kafka for real-time data processing.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs leveraging AWS services (SNS, SQS, Lambda, Kinesis).
• Architect rule engines, workflow engines, and transaction processing systems.
• Drive DevOps and CI/CD processes using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Backend Development and Distributed Systems.
• Strong programming expertise in Python, Node.js, and Golang.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing event-driven and microservices architectures.
• Deep experience working with Kafka and message-driven systems.
• Strong working knowledge of AWS cloud services and serverless architectures.
• Experience building high-scale, high-availability production systems.
• Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Experience in performance tuning, scalability design, and system optimization.
• Experience mentoring teams and handling technical ownership of modules or platforms.
