Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of architecturally significant backend services.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement large-scale, distributed applications using SDLC best practices.
• Develop programming specifications and write production-grade code.
• Create and maintain technical system documentation throughout the software lifecycle.
• Complete independent estimates and work plans for design, development, and rollout tasks.
• Participate in all phases of system testing and debugging to ensure high-quality delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend services development.
• Expertise in Go or Java, with a preference for Go.
• Experience developing RESTful microservices.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining microservices on Kubernetes.
• Proven track record with high-throughput, distributed multi-region applications and databases.
• Experience with distributed SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency with CI/CD workflows, specifically using GitHub.
• Cloud expertise, preferably within Azure environments.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with remote offshore teams.
