Description

You will design and implement scalable, maintainable backend systems while contributing to the initial tech stack. Your work will directly impact product architecture, performance, and cross-team technical alignment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable backend solutions to meet product requirements.
• Solve complex architectural challenges and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Optimize and fine-tune systems for scalability and database performance.
• Coordinate across teams to ensure technical alignment and consistency.
• Maintain high standards for code quality and documentation.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in PHP.
• Deep understanding of the Laravel framework.
• Expertise in MySQL, including SQL query optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs in PHP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with GraphQL.
