Description

You will own the backend architecture and data layer for web applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend systems and data storage solutions.
• Design and implement data storage using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic alongside frontend developers.
• Optimize application performance, security, and data protection measures.
• Conduct testing, troubleshoot production issues, and participate in peer code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency in PHP frameworks, specifically Laravel.
• Strong experience with Python.
• Hands-on expertise with MongoDB, SQL, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and web services.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within Agile development methodologies.
