Description

You will own the development and maintenance of geospatial applications using Java 11 and microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop medium to highly complex systems based on low-level design specifications.
• Implement new systems and correct software errors in existing applications.
• Optimize system performance and resolve technical issues within a business environment.
• Consult with subject matter experts, data managers, and project managers to define system requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent assignments while ensuring high-quality software engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 8 to 12 years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in Java 11.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with Spring Boot.
• Experience with Spring Reactive.
• Strong understanding of data structures, computer systems, and system design.
• Solid software engineering principles and analysis skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with geospatial data processing.
