Description

You will own the development and operational integrity of backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability within regulated environments (HIPAA, FedRAMP High).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and Git-based workflows.
• Design, build, and operationalize data and ML pipelines using AWS Glue, Step Functions, Lambda, EMR, and SageMaker.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
• Apply security best practices including IAM least privilege, encryption, and secrets management.

Required Skills

• Minimum 7 years of post-education professional experience.
• Expert-level Python skills.
• Strong proficiency in AWS or Azure.
• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications (ECS strongly preferred).
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, and DynamoDB.
• Strong experience with Linux environments.
• Experience with Django.
• Familiarity with Data Lake Platforms.

Preferred Skills

• C++ knowledge.
