Description

You will build and maintain core backend services for distributed systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for service consumption.
• Integrate and manage messaging systems, specifically Apache Kafka.
• Design and reason about distributed systems and overall system architecture.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices Architecture.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK.
• Understanding of distributed systems design principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Knowledge of the Spring Cloud ecosystem.
