Key Responsibilities:
Lead AEM component development, template creation & OSGi service implementation
Design and develop Sling Models, HTL/Sightly templates & workflow customizations
Build and integrate RESTful APIs to extend AEM platform capabilities
Improve platform stability, scalability, and performance by reducing technical debt
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Participate in code reviews, governance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Experience:
8–10+ years of experience in Backend Engineering & Enterprise CMS Platforms
Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development
Hands-on experience with Java/J2EE, OSGi Frameworks & Sling Models
Expertise in HTL/Sightly, Workflow Customization & Dispatcher Configuration
Experience with RESTful APIs & enterprise integrations
Strong problem-solving, analytical & stakeholder communication skills

Nice to Have:
Adobe AEM Certifications
Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
CI/CD, DevOps & Adobe Cloud Manager exposure
Knowledge of React, Angular, or JavaScript frameworks
