Description

You will design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed backend services and microservices architectures.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement reliable, maintainable services based on product requirements.
• Architect intuitive API designs for customer and third-party integrations.
• Break down complex projects and epics into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish development methodology guidelines.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and software development process improvements.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in backend engineering.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Go.
• Strong experience with microservices and building reusable server components.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Experience with asynchronous workflows and messaging queues like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
• Experience with AWS cloud platform.
• Proficiency in backend performance optimization and caching techniques.
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with PHP.
• Experience with Angular or ReactJS.
