You will design and develop large-scale backend platforms, owning the release pipeline and mentoring technical talent.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using Java and distributed systems.
• Build and maintain high-performance backend services and microservices.
• Implement efficient data structures and algorithms to solve complex problems.
• Manage the deployment process through established CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor technical talent and guide platform development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of total professional software engineering experience.
• 4+ years of experience specifically in backend engineering platform development.
• Expertise in Java technologies and multi-threading.
• Proven experience with Kafka and Cassandra.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and large-scale application design.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and containerization technology.
• Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in CI/CD workflows.
