Description

Build and scale a case management and workflow system using Go and React, owning the full development lifecycle from feature design to production release.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build features for a case management and workflow system using TypeScript, Go, and React.
• Design and implement stateful LLM-driven flows using LangGraph and RAG knowledge retrieval.
• Develop and integrate embeddable rules engines (GoRules/ZEN, Drools, or JSON-Logic) for case routing and policy logic.
• Own CI/CD, test, and release pipelines in GitLab, including terraform-plan/apply, image scanning, and kaniko builds.
• Triage production and integration issues while applying distributed-systems thinking for scalability and resilience.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full-stack development experience with TypeScript and Go.
• Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
• Hands-on experience with RDS (Postgres, MySQL), schema migration tooling, and Redis for caching and pub/sub.
• Experience deploying to AWS services including ECS Fargate, ALB, RDS, Secrets Manager, S3, ECR, and CloudWatch.
• Comfortable with Terraform, including private module registries and multi-region, multi-account patterns across dev/non-prod/prod environments.
• Experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines and AI tooling (Claude Code, Copilot, Cursor) for code generation and engineering automation.
• Experience with LangGraph or comparable agent/workflow orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with CRM and Case Management integrations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) knowledge retrieval systems.
