Description

You will design and develop highly scalable, end-to-end backend systems for fintech products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop reliable, scalable systems from end-to-end.
• Collaborate with the CTO and founders on product strategy.
• Work alongside engineers to build and maintain in-house infrastructure layers.
• Partner with front-end teams to integrate efficient backend services.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development and building scalable products.
• Proficiency in Golang, Java, C++, or Python.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Practical experience working with REST APIs.
• Competency in database management and server infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Agile development, continuous integration, and modern testing methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL databases for products operating at scale.
• Interest or professional experience in the financial or stock market space.
