Description

You will build and scale backend systems while collaborating across product, design, and engineering teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all development cycle phases, including technical design, coding, testing, experimentation, and deployment.
• Review code and design documents to provide constructive feedback on specifications and prototypes.
• Implement product and business strategies through cross-functional collaboration.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to standards that improve developer workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Backend Engineer.
• 5+ years of proficiency in Python or Go.
• 5+ years of extensive experience with SQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with an 8-hour overlap with PST.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience with technical design and code review processes.
