Description

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development.

• Strong experience with Node.js / NestJS and TypeScript.

• Strong hands-on experience with GraphQL, API design, and microservices.

• Experience with Redis for caching, session management, and performance

optimization.

• Strong experience with Snowflake, SQL, and data integration.

• Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Git

branching workflows.

• Experience with Agentic AI and GitHub Copilot in development.

• Strong understanding of backend architecture, security, scalability, and performance

optimization.

• Agile / Scrum delivery with strong stakeholder communication.

• Domain Knowledge – Commercial Analytics Knowledge : Understanding of a centralized

data foundation for Global Sell-Out (SO), Point-of-Sale (POS), and syndicated market

data, integrating data from external providers such as IQVIA, Circana, and other strategic

sources across markets. Familiarity with market performance, growth, competitive

intelligence, and market-share insights.

• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging systems.

• Experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.

• Experience with data-intensive applications and analytics platforms.

• Exposure to Data Science / AI applications.

• CPG / FMCG or Consumer Health domain experience (preferred, not mandatory)
