Description

You will design and develop scalable microservices for financial products in a banking environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and Akka.
• Build and deploy scalable solutions on AWS.
• Set up and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with scrum teams to estimate work and deliver features.
• Ensure code and architecture adhere to established engineering standards.

Required Skills

• 7-14 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in Java-based enterprise development.
• Extensive experience building and scaling solutions on AWS.
• Proven experience developing multi-tenant, cloud-based SaaS solutions.
• Deep knowledge of RDBMS and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with single-page applications (React or AngularJS).
• Engineering degree or equivalent technical background.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) or cloud-native transformations.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Akka, and reactive technologies.
• Experience in FinTech or payments processing.
