Senior Backend Engineer

Responsibilities include:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and APIs.

Build and support production-grade Agentic AI systems, including orchestration, planning, memory, and RAG capabilities.

Optimize distributed systems for performance, reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, architect solutions, and deliver business-critical features.

Lead technical design reviews and provide guidance on architecture, automation, cloud infrastructure, and best practices.

Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to deploy, monitor, and manage applications in AWS/GCP and Kubernetes environments.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

10+ years of experience building large-scale distributed backend systems.

Strong expertise in NodeJS, TypeScript, Go, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), Kubernetes, and event-driven architectures.

Demonstrated experience with LLM systems, agentic AI workflows, distributed systems, and production-grade AI infrastructure
