Description

You will design and maintain scalable microservices and event-driven systems within a cloud-native environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Functional Java and SpringBoot.
• Architect and implement real-time data pipelines and event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.
• Build and deploy containerized services using Docker on GCP (Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub).
• Integrate Redis for performance-optimized caching and session management.
• Collaborate with data science teams to incorporate pre-trained LLMs into backend workflows.

Required Skills

• 6-10 years of backend engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java with Functional Programming practices.
• Expertise in SpringBoot and microservice architecture.
• Deep hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for stream processing.
• Solid knowledge of Redis for caching and performance tuning.
• Practical experience with GCP services: Cloud Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, Storage, and IAM.
• Proficiency with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with LLM concepts, including prompt engineering and model access APIs.

Preferred Skills

• GCP certification or experience deploying production-grade systems on GCP.
• Exposure to AI/ML integration workflows and model orchestration.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with a DevOps mindset.
