Description

You will design, build, and scale backend systems and data-driven solutions within the healthcare domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Django and PostgreSQL.
• Architect and optimize ETL pipelines, workflows, and data mapping logic to ensure data integrity.
• Build cloud-native solutions using AWS services including EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS.
• Containerize applications with Docker to ensure consistency across development and production environments.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers through technical guidance and code reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Proficiency with Django and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS).
• Strong understanding of ETL, data mapping, and data pipeline architecture.
• Experience with Docker for application containerization.
• Ability to build and optimize data-driven workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with healthcare payer integrations and HIPAA compliance.
