Description

You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs. You will own the release pipeline, optimize for performance and security, and mentor junior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs.
• Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to improve engineering standards.
• Contribute to backend architecture decisions and establish engineering best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of backend engineering experience using Python.
• Strong experience building APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with relational and NoSQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Practical experience with Docker and containerized environments.
• Ability to work independently and contribute quickly to complex systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
