What You'll Do:
Lead & mentor backend engineering teams
Design scalable, resilient backend applications
Drive system architecture & technical decisions
Implement new features & optimize existing systems
Manage engineering PODs & conduct performance reviews
Collaborate with cross-functional teams

What We Need:
3+ years experience with Node.js, TypeScript
Strong PostgreSQL & Azure expertise
Unit testing (Jest/JUnit) & TDD experience
Product-based company background mandatory
Leadership & mentoring experience
CS degree or related field
