Description

You will serve as the technical owner for one or more product domains, driving architecture, design, and code quality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Own technical quality, design, and roadmap for assigned domains.
• Drive engineering best practices through design reviews, code reviews, and mentoring.
• Collaborate with Product Leads on prioritization, backlog, and feasibility decisions.
• Resolve performance, fault-tolerance, and live production issues.
• Partner with management on hiring, performance feedback, and team strategy.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• At least 5 years of C++ in multi-threaded, performance-critical environments.
• Expertise in C and C++.
• Proven experience leading large features from concept through production.
• Experience with Scrum or Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with AWS or Azure services and APIs.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kernel space programming, Virtualization, Networking, or Storage.
• Experience with development team leadership.
