Responsibilities

• Migrate and refactor Python logic into Golang services owned by other teams.
• Debug complex issues quickly and provide clear, actionable solutions.
• Maintain high-quality, well-tested code with thorough validation.
• Collaborate closely with engineers across teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements in migration tooling.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Strong expertise in Golang and Python.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to rapidly learn internal tools and systems.
• Experience working in distributed, fast-moving environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with migration tooling and refactoring legacy codebases.
• Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
