Description

Lead backend engineering efforts, driving system design, architecture, and delivery of scalable Java services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Java.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineering teams.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines within a DevSecOps environment to ensure security and reliability.
• Manage software development lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and support.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Backend Development and Software Engineering.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Java application development.
• Deep knowledge of Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs and backend services.
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools and DevSecOps practices.
• Strong understanding of system design, software architecture, and scalability principles.
• Experience with production systems, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of cloud-native application development.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
