Description

You will design and architect full-stack solutions spanning React/Next.js frontend, Java Spring/Node.js backend services, and supporting data stores. This role owns the release pipeline, engineering quality, and technical debt reduction.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable REST APIs using Java Spring and Node.js with dependency injection and transaction management.
• Develop production-grade frontend applications using React, Next.js, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Build and optimize ETL batch job extractors for reliable scheduled processing, including error handling and validation.
• Lead testing strategies (unit, integration, end-to-end) and enforce CI/CD quality gates.
• Mentor engineers and drive refactoring efforts to reduce technical debt.

Required Skills

• 7-12 years of relevant experience, with 6-10 years as a Full Stack Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and Java Spring for enterprise backend development.
• Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development.
• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript for backend/API development.
• Hands-on experience with Couchbase, including query optimization and NoSQL data modeling.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL and NoSQL queries.
• Experience with REST API development and end-to-end testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Redux for state management in React applications.
• Practical usage of AI/ML tools to enhance product features or developer productivity.
