Description

You will build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency microservices for core backend systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write and review production code and automated tests for core services.
• Translate product requirements into technical implementation tickets and lead team execution.
• Define, review, and document software and system designs.
• Monitor system health using defined technical and operational metrics.
• Participate in a weekly-rotating on-call support schedule.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree.
• Advanced Java proficiency, including heap management, multi-threading, and profiling.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and the Spring ecosystem.
• Hands-on work with Apache Kafka or Kinesis.
• Experience with non-relational databases such as DynamoDB.
• Experience with Redis or MemCache.
• Proficiency with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of system design and implementation best practices.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Ad Tech industry.
