Description

You will design and build scalable backend services and microservices on Google Cloud Platform.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and cloud-native services on GCP.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Kubernetes and OpenShift.
• Optimize application performance and scalability across distributed systems.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues using ELK Stack and observability tools.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend development experience with Java 8+ and J2EE.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform services including Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Composer, Dataproc, and Dataflow.
• Experience with Apache Beam and Spark for data processing.
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and Docker.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and container orchestration.
• US Citizenship required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Prometheus and advanced ELK Stack configurations.
• Contributions to tech strategy and emerging technology adoption.
