You will lead backend development, mentor junior engineers, and design scalable database schemas and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend development and implement complex technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers to promote best practices and skill growth.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable SQL database schemas.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with the CTO and cross-functional teams to define features and project milestones.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in Java backend development.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Advanced SQL skills, including schema design and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in Shell or Python scripting for automation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
