About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Backend Lead Engineer (SDE-3) with strong expertise in Java or Python, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.
This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable, reliable, and production-grade systems in a product-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end architecture and author HLD/LLD
• Build scalable microservices (Java/Spring Boot or Python)
• Design systems for high throughput & low latency
• Optimize performance (caching, sharding, concurrency, load balancing)
• Define SLOs/SLIs and drive observability (metrics, logs, tracing)
• Lead incident resolution, RCA & reliability improvements
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence


Required Skills
• Strong in Java or Python
• Solid DSA & System Design fundamentals
• Microservices, distributed systems, REST/gRPC
• Databases: Postgres/MySQL, Redis, NoSQL
• Messaging: Kafka / Pulsar / RabbitMQ
• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP
• Docker & Kubernetes
• Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry


Nice to Have
• Event-driven architecture, DDD, CQRS
• Terraform, Istio, API Gateway patterns
• Elasticsearch / OpenSearch
