Description

You will design and implement scalable backend systems while collaborating with Agile teams and product managers.

Responsibilities

• Design high-performance database schemas and code architectures.
• Review and correct code to maintain quality and design standards.
• Balance implementation complexity with scalability, resiliency, and time-to-market requirements.
• Collaborate with remote teams during morning hours to ensure stable and reliable code delivery.
• Lead urgent tasks and assist team members in meeting sprint commitments.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience with PHP and Laravel.
• Proficiency in MySQL and PostgreSQL.
• Strong experience in API development and testing.
• Hands-on experience with Unit, Integration, and API testing.
• Solid understanding of JavaScript, Git, and Jira.
• Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Deep understanding of different architectures and system design.
• Practical application of database and code architecture best practices.
• Good spoken English skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
