Description

You will lead the technical strategy and execution for decommissioning a manual accounting notes application, transitioning from a POC to a full production solution.

Responsibilities

• Design technological solutions using Visual .NET and SQL Server.
• Translate business and product requirements into end-to-end technical execution.
• Manage large teams and oversee strategic technological projects.
• Analyze business processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Maintain and adapt to existing legacy system environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT and software design.
• Hands-on experience with Visual .NET and SQL Server.
• Proven experience managing large teams and strategic projects.
• Deep knowledge of Investment Banking and Wholesale Banking products.
• Experience implementing investment banking technological strategies.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to communicate technical vision to business stakeholders.
