You will own the design and implementation of scalable audience segmentation, customer profile serving, and real-time activation systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build audience computation services and materialization pipelines for large datasets.
• Implement identity-aware logic including deduplication and cross-channel identity resolution.
• Develop low-latency customer profile serving systems for real-time lookup and enrichment.
• Engineer real-time activation pipelines using Kafka or Azure Event Hubs for event-driven flows.
• Deploy and manage microservices on Kubernetes/AKS with CI/CD and monitoring.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Python and backend frameworks, specifically FastAPI.
• Strong expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and API design.
• Hands-on experience with Spark and Databricks for large-scale data processing.
• Proficiency with Delta Lake for storage reliability and ClickHouse or Pinot for analytical queries.
• Experience with Redis for caching and high-performance data access.
• Knowledge of streaming architectures using Kafka or Azure Event Hubs.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS) for deployment and scaling strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and audience systems.
• Exposure to identity resolution, customer 360 solutions, and TB/PB-scale datasets.
