You will manage the full lifecycle of sales recruitment and account management for on-site roles in Hyderabad.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruiting processes for bench sales.
• Manage sales recruitment and hiring workflows.
• Handle account management duties and client relations.
• Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment.
• Expertise in sales recruitment and bench sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proficiency in managing client relations.
• Ability to handle full-cycle recruiting processes.
