Description

You will manage the end-to-end sales and placement process for bench consultants within the US IT market.

Responsibilities

• Market bench consultants including OPT, EA/H1B, GC, and US Citizen profiles to tier 1 vendors and clients.
• Source requirements using job boards and submit resumes to existing databases and new contacts.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle across C2C, Contract to Hire, W2, and Permanent placements.
• Maintain daily communication with consultants regarding submissions, interviews, and status updates.
• Follow up with both candidates and clients through every stage to close placements.
• Create and maintain assignment track sheets following company standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment and bench sales.
• Deep understanding of US recruitment terminology including tax terms, employment status, and time zones.
• Knowledge of visa classifications, rules, and policies.
• Proficiency with job boards such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Strong cold calling, negotiation, and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Expertise in recruiting, sales, and team leadership.
• Proficiency in VBA Excel and Genesys.
• Any graduate degree.
