Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of bench sales, from sourcing consultants to closing placement deals. You own the pipeline, ensuring consultants are matched with suitable projects while negotiating competitive terms.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT consultants to maintain a robust bench pipeline across various technologies.
• Conduct technical and behavioral assessments to match candidates with specific client requirements.
• Negotiate rates, benefits, and employment terms with consultants to secure placements.
• Collaborate with the sales team to align consultant availability with active client demands.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and placement statuses in recruitment tools.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven experience in bench sales or IT recruitment within the staffing industry.
• Deep understanding of bench sales processes, best practices, and market trends.
• Strong ability to assess technical skills and map them to project needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building consultant relationships.
• Proficiency in negotiating employment terms, rates, and contracts.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
