You will manage the recruitment and placement of IT consultants on client projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit consultants for bench positions through various channels.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical skills and project suitability.
• Negotiate rates, benefits, and employment terms with consultants.
• Collaborate with sales teams to match consultants to specific client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and job placements.

Required Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in Bench Sales within the IT industry.
• Proven expertise in IT recruitment and staffing processes.
• Strong negotiation skills for managing rates and employment terms.
• Ability to assess technical skills and match candidates to projects.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
