Roles and Responsibilities:

• Own the technical direction and execution of reporting platforms and analytics data pipelines across multiple accounts or workstreams.
• Serve as the technical owner for data transformation logic, analytics enablement, and semantic/BI layer design.
• Translate evolving business requirements into scalable, durable technical solutions in partnership with account and product stakeholders.
• Act as a senior escalation point for architecture, data modeling, automation patterns, and performance optimization.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data quality, validation, monitoring, and operational reliability.

Skills Required:

• 8 - 12 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related roles.
• Tableau and Power BI for building and evolving reporting solutions.
• Data transformation and analytics enablement using ETL/ELT concepts and reliable pipeline patterns.
• Strong data modeling and performance-focused transformation logic for analytics layers.
• SQL proficiency to support data extraction, validation, and analytics troubleshooting.

Good to Have:

• Advanced Power Query / M experience.
• Strong Power BI semantic model design experience.
• Experience with visual data preparation tools such as Alteryx or Trifacta.
• Lakehouse-style architecture exposure and medallion architecture familiarity.
• Media or advertising technology experience.

Education: Relevant degree (or equivalent practical experience) in a related field
