Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL queries.
• Collect, refine, and prepare data for analytics and visualization.
• Define new KPIs and analyze them to provide recommendations to business leaders.
• Identify data functionalities and enhancements to support business growth.
• Troubleshoot data or performance issues within workbooks and data sources.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Expertise in building dashboards using Power BI and DAX.
• Ability to read ETL pipelines and collaborate with Data and Software Engineers.
• Experience designing new metrics in collaboration with Data Scientists.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently and influence stakeholders without authority.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting to senior leaders.
• Degree in a quantitative field.
